Sardinia Retreat

THE SETTING

Your Sardinian sanctuary

A traditional Sardinian farmhouse reimagined with understated elegance, this beautiful retreat brings together earthy tones, natural materials and thoughtful details that reflect the character of the island. Restored with a deep respect for its agricultural roots, its nine individually styled rooms feature traditional Sardinian textiles, ash wood furnishings and private outdoor spaces that open onto the surrounding landscape.

Set among olive groves, vineyards, fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the house is deeply connected to the landscape around it. At its heart, a pool sits beneath the olive trees, while the countryside stretches towards the sea; a place that feels both grounding and timeless.

Location: Sardinia, Italy

THE PRACTICE

Return to Your Rhythm

Movement is an invitation to reconnect with the body, the breath and the natural rhythms of the world around us. Through a combination of energising morning practices and slower, restorative evening sessions, you will find space to move, breathe and come back to yourself.

Whether you are an experienced yogi or completely new to the practice, the sessions will be accessible, grounding and welcoming, with space to explore movement at your own pace. One evening, we will surrender to a deeply restorative sound bath, a chance to quieten the mind and let all worries drift away.

CULTURE & NATURE

Into the Wild

Explore Sardinia beyond its famous beaches, into landscapes shaped by wind, granite, sea and time. Untouched and elemental.

We’ll venture into the wild Gallura countryside and coast, discovering archaeological sites, hidden coves and extraordinary granite formations. One afternoon will be spent along the rugged coastline of Cala di Trana, walking through the Mediterranean maquis before reaching the beautiful beaches and turquoise waters of this secluded stretch of coast, with time to explore, swim, breathe and connect with the natural environment.

We will also venture to other local sites, dramatic landscapes of granite valleys and hidden caves with a fascinating history of alternative ways of living.

For those who want to venture further, there will also be the option to join a boat excursion into the crystalline waters and idyllic islands of the surrounding archipelago.

THE FOOD

From the land to the table

The farm provides much of what finds its way onto the table, from fresh eggs collected from the hens each morning to vegetables and herbs from the garden, fruit from the orchards and produce from the surrounding land.

These ingredients come together with the flavours and traditions of authentic Sardinian cuisine. Meals will be simple, seasonal and generous - food that celebrates where we are and the land that sustains it.

Expect nourishing food throughout the retreat, with plenty of opportunities to discover the flavours of Sardinia. All dietary requirements can be catered for, simply let us know at the time of booking.
